Booking Policy

Deposit: A £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable unless I am at fault and will go forward towards your total service cost. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. Cancellations: For cancellations and rescheduling please provide at least 48 hours notice. You can reschedule an appointment once within the month using the same deposit. You cannot reschedule on the day of your appointment. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. No late fee will be applied. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled. Prepare For Appointment: All hair must be dropped 5 Working Days before your appointment to ensure proper preparation. A late fee of £15 will apply if hair is dropped later. Hair brought on the day of appointment will incur a fee of £20. Same day emergency appointments are £30 extra. If you are booking a reinstallation service, lace must be clean and wig must be washed before drop off. Wigs for reinstallation can be dropped off 3 Working Days before. Hair must be clean and braided flat. Please label hair with name, date and time of appointment. Please confirm date and time of drop off prior. No plus ones on day of booking.
